  • The amount of sessions you will need will depend on various factors, such as the level of support you are looking for and your desired goals and outcomes.

    If you are experiencing chronic issues or are starting out on your healing journey regular sessions are recommended.

    I offer both individual sessions as well a 3 month coaching container which includes a higher level of support.

    As I offer sessions online via zoom, my sessions can easily fit around your schedule and will take place in the comfort of your home (or place of your choosing).

  • I offer a safe, non-judgemental, supportive space for you to share, heal and grow. My way of working is both intuitive and creative along with being logical and practical, grounded in holistic principles, trauma-informed approaches and neuroscience.

    Sessions are 90 minutes long, and will include the below structure as a guide.

    The Intake - We will explore where you are currently feeling stuck and I will help you gain clarity on where you would like to be instead, mapping out a future vision that is most in alignment with your authentic self. I will help identify specific emotional issues, memories or beliefs that are causing distress or contributing to unwanted behaviours, perspectives and physical or emotional symptoms. The goal is tracing current challenges and obstacles to the root cause level, which we can then address throughout the change work process.

    Change Work - This is the main part of the session where we will dive deep into the root causes identified in the intake, and using various techniques we will work at healing and transforming these at a deep level to create lasting inner change.

    Each session is tailored to the individual, but we may work on processing emotions, rewiring core belief systems, secondary gains, the inner child / young self, working through blocks and resistance, releasing stress and trauma, and rewriting memories. This is deep neurological change work, making changes within the unconscious mind and nervous system, which will impact your attitudes, behaviours and beliefs as well as your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

    Techniques include meridian tapping and somatics, subconscious reprogramming, inner child work, mindfulness based techniques, memory reconsolidation, trauma resolution and other eutaptics® FasterEFT™ based techniques.

    Integration - The last part of the session is focused on integrating the changes and insights from the session, so that you can incorporate them into everyday life and move towards creating your future vision. We will discuss specific tools and exercises for you to practice between sessions which will help to reinforce the positive changes and help you solidify your new ways of thinking and responding. This empowers you to address emotional challenges as they arise outside of sessions and begin to develop self-awareness and resilience.

    After the session I will send a detailed follow-up email including a summary of the session and the self-care work that I recommend you do following the session to help facilitate more healing and positive changes.

  • Yes. I am an advanced level 4 eutaptics® FasterEFT™ practitioner, which is a system focused on the root cause healing of the effects of trauma and adverse experiences. Throughout the intensive two year training I have studied various advanced protocols to safely work with trauma, including PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual and physical abuse, chronic illness and grief and loss.

    I have also completed a trauma-informed certificate for coaches which has provided me with additional knowledge for addressing and understanding trauma.

    I utilise a number of different protocols for addressing trauma so that the experience can be integrated and processed in a safe way without re-traumatising. I tailor every session to the individual, and will use different approaches depending on your unique needs.

    Clients comment that they feel free, lighter and liberated after releasing and re-writing past trauma, and there are many different ways to work through trauma, whilst creating safety within the mind and body.

  • Yes! I believe it is really important to find a practitioner that is right for you, and that you feel comfortable with, which is why I offer a free 30 minute discovery call. You'll have the opportunity to find out more about me and how I work, and ask any questions you may have. We can discuss any problems that you are currently facing and your desired outcomes, and I will offer advice on how my coaching sessions can help. There is absolutely no obligation to book in with me after this call.

  • Should you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours' notice in advance of your session time.

    You can reschedule your appointment by clicking the change / cancel appointment button in the confirmation email from Acuity scheduling or by emailing me directly at hello@corinne-elizabeth.com.

    Unfortunately, if sessions are canceled within 48 hours or if you do not show up for your session the full fee will be taken.

    Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on an individual basis.

  • Yes! All of my sessions are conducted online through Zoom, so I am able to work with a global, international community. When you book a discovery call or session with me via my online booking system, the calendar availability will be shown in your own time zone to avoid any confusion.

  • Yes, I run an online tapping group called Freedom and Flow. This is a weekly drop in style class held over zoom, designed to provide the benefits of eutaptics® FasterEFT™ tapping and mind-body healing.

    These sessions provide a supportive space where you can release emotional blocks, alleviate stress, improve your mindset and cultivate a profound sense of wellbeing.
