I am trauma-informed and trained, and offer an integrative mind-body approach to coaching.
My approach draws on a range of holistic tools and practices including meridian tapping, somatic healing, subconscious reprogramming, inner child work, wellbeing coaching and mindfulness-based techniques.
In my coaching sessions I strive to create a space where people feel safe to be vulnerable, to share without judgement and to be seen, heard and understood.

Eutaptics® FasterEFT™ is a neuroplasticity based modality that allows us to make changes in all areas of life by healing the root cause of problems, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. This powerful system brings together elements of hypnotherapy, EFT tapping and neuro-linguistic programming, along with somatic healing and cutting edge neuroscience.
Using subconscious reprogramming, meridian tapping and somatics we can rewire the brain’s mental patterns to positively impact our responses and behaviour towards life. We get to change your narrative, transforming unconscious programs and belief systems to ones that align with your authentic desires.
By working with the subconscious mind, and connecting with the physical body using acupressure tapping techniques and somatic awareness, we can safely manage and process unresolved trauma, repressed emotions and stressors within the mind and body that have held you back in life and kept you stuck in undesirable patterns.
Through healing and integrating what was once left unprocessed, we allow the parts of us that were never seen or heard, hidden away, frozen or lost to be discovered and renewed. Inner Child Work
Inner child work is a therapeutic approach designed to heal and nurture the emotional and psychological aspects of your inner child. Each of us carries within ourselves many representations of the child we once were, shaped by early life experiences, both positive and challenging. During childhood we form our perceptions of the world, emotional responses, attachments, coping mechanisms and core beliefs. Unresolved issues from the past can manifest as insecurities, fears, self-doubt, anxiety and self-sabotaging behaviours in our present lives.
Through inner child work we can address and heal these wounds and break free from limiting patterns, whilst developing a deeper level of self-awareness, connection and self-love. Inner child work also offers a pathway to reconnect with lost parts of yourself, including suppressed creativity, freedom and joy.

Somatic practices are therapeutic approaches that focus on the connection between the mind and body, emphasising the importance of bodily awareness and sensations. These practices help individuals develop a deeper connection with themselves and cultivate emotional resources for self-soothing. By developing a sense of embodiment, individuals gain a greater understanding of their bodily experiences and emotional responses. This integration is vital because it allows us to access and address stored emotions and tensions within the body, promoting holistic wellbeing.
Somatic interventions are utilised to stabilise the nervous system, cultivate emotional resilience, facilitate tension release and promote a sense of internal safety. Through these methods, you can cultivate a more profound sense of embodiment, fostering greater emotional balance, self-connection and overall wellbeing.
