I offer integrative mind-body coaching that combines neuroplasticity-based techniques, meridian tapping, somatic healing, and mindfulness to support you in moving out of survival mode and into a life of balance, resilience, and self-connection. My approach is trauma-informed, flexible, and centred around nervous system regulation and internal safety.
Whether you choose single sessions or a flexible package, we’ll work at your pace, allowing time for integration and growth between sessions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, guiding you on a path of healing and transformation.

The amount of sessions you will need will depend on various factors, such as the level of support you are looking for and your desired goals and outcomes.
If you are experiencing chronic issues or are starting out on your healing journey regular sessions are recommended.
As I offer sessions online via zoom, my sessions can easily fit around your schedule and will take place in the comfort of your home (or place of your choosing).

My approach is both intuitive and creative, while also being logical and practical. It’s grounded in holistic principles, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience.
Sessions are 90 minutes long and follow a flexible structure designed to create meaningful and lasting change:
1. Intake
We’ll explore where you’re currently feeling stuck and clarify where you’d like to be instead, mapping out a future vision aligned with your authentic self. I’ll help you identify the emotional issues, memories, or beliefs contributing to distress, unwanted behaviours, or emotional and physical symptoms. The goal is to trace these challenges back to their root causes so we can begin to address them.
2. Change Work
This is the core of the session, where we’ll work deeply to heal and transform the root causes identified in the intake. I tailor each session to your unique needs, which may include processing emotions, rewiring core beliefs, healing the inner child, releasing stress and trauma, and overcoming blocks and resistance. This is deep neurological change work, creating shifts within the unconscious mind and nervous system that positively impact your thoughts, behaviours, and overall wellbeing.

3. Integration
The final part of the session focuses on integrating the changes and insights so you can apply them in everyday life. We’ll discuss specific tools and exercises to reinforce the positive shifts and help you develop resilience and self-awareness.
After the Session
You’ll receive a detailed follow-up email summarising the session and suggesting self-care practices to support further healing and growth. This helps you continue to build on the progress made during the session.

Yes, I am an Advanced Level 4 Eutaptics® FasterEFT™ Practitioner with extensive training in addressing trauma, including PTSD, childhood trauma, abuse, chronic illness, and grief and loss. I am also certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embody Lab and hold a trauma-informed certificate for coaches, with additional somatic training and ongoing study in mind-body approaches to trauma healing.
I use a range of protocols to help process and integrate trauma safely, without re-traumatising. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, drawing on different approaches to support you in feeling safe and grounded throughout the process.
Clients often share that they feel lighter, freer, and more at peace after releasing and reprocessing past trauma. There are many ways to work through trauma while creating safety within your mind and body, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Single 1-1 mind-body coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours' notice in advance of your session time.
You can reschedule your appointment by clicking the change / cancel appointment button in the confirmation email from Acuity scheduling or by emailing me directly at hello@corinne-elizabeth.com.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time are subject to a £50 late cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide sufficient notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on an individual basis.

Yes! All of my sessions are conducted online through Zoom, so I am able to work with a global, international community. When you book a discovery call or session with me via my online booking system, the calendar availability will be shown in your own time zone to avoid any confusion.
