I specialise in mind-body coaching using a somatic approach, which helps to create safety in the body, regulate the nervous system and bring the body, mind and spirit into balance and harmony.

Each step of this journey is crafted to help you rewire limiting beliefs and patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build an authentic and fulfilling connection with yourself.
I use the neuroscience based modality eutaptics® FasterEFT™, which allows us to rewrite, process and transform past stress and trauma, deep rooted beliefs and survival-based patterns, not only at a cognitive level, but at a somatic and emotional level, promoting holistic healing and wellbeing.

My Process
Once you've secured your booking, I’ll send you a welcome pack with comprehensive details about our coaching journey. This includes a tailored intake form to gather insights into your current situation, background and aspirations. This step not only helps me create a personalised approach but also empowers you to clarify your objectives and uncover underlying aspects of your life.
As we start our journey together we will explore and identify where you are currently feeling stuck and I will help you gain clarity on where you would like to be instead, mapping out a future vision that is most in alignment with your authentic self.
Through fortnightly mind-body coaching sessions, we will explore the deeper aspects of your current challenges, transforming underlying patterns, emotional issues and self-limiting beliefs to create lasting inner change, healing and self-empowerment. Drawing on a number of somatic tools and techniques I will guide you into releasing stored stress and trauma, cultivating safety within your mind, body and nervous system.
This is deep neurological change work, making changes within the subconscious mind and nervous system, which will impact your attitudes, behaviours and beliefs as well as your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore your narrative by examining your core beliefs and habits, uncovering your values, and creating a supportive foundation for greater peace, joy and fulfilment in your future. We'll also take a compassionate approach to healing and integrating your inner child and younger selves, lovingly reframing memories as we work together with your subconscious mind.
Throughout your coaching journey I teach you practical tools and techniques to use in your daily life, along with providing you with resources and self-care work to do between our sessions. After each session you will be sent a detailed follow-up email with personalised tools and resources to help you integrate the changes from the sessions into your daily life.
Support and Accountability
Alongside fortnightly coaching sessions, this container provides additional daily support with the inclusion of exclusive access to me via a private messaging app. This ensures you have guidance and accountability as you integrate the deep internal changes from the sessions into your everyday life and utilise new tools and approaches, such as somatic practices, inner child work, and journaling.

Having experienced significant challenges throughout my life and my own transformational healing journey, I understand deeply the importance of a compassionate, holistic and individual approach to coaching.
Throughout my school years, I struggled with anxiety and depression, unable to cope with overwhelming stress. In my early 20s I lost my mum to cancer and developed complex chronic health issues which dominated my life for over a decade.
After years of struggle, I discovered neuroplasticity and mind-body healing, and I delved into learning more about the impact my earlier experiences were having on my current circumstances. This journey of self-discovery led me to address unresolved emotional pain and trauma, survival patterns and childhood conditioning, breaking free from cycles of sickness, stress and depression.

During our 3 month coaching partnership you will receive fortnightly sessions, the first being 2 hours long and the rest will be 90 minutes long. My way of working is both intuitive and creative along with being logical and practical, grounded in holistic principles and neuroscience.
As we start our journey together we will explore and identify where you are currently feeling stuck and I will help you gain clarity on where you would like to be instead, mapping out a future vision that is most in alignment with your authentic self. We will continually check in on your goals and desired outcomes throughout the 3 month journey to make sure you are on the right track.
Sessions include the below structure as a guide:
The Intake - I will help identify specific emotional issues, memories or beliefs that are causing distress or contributing to unwanted behaviours, perspectives and physical or emotional symptoms. The goal is tracing current challenges and obstacles to the root cause level, which we can then address throughout the change work process.
Change Work - This is the main part of the session where we will dive deep into the root causes identified in the intake, and using various techniques we will work at healing and transforming these at a deep level to create lasting inner change.
Each session is tailored to the individual, but we may work on processing emotions, rewiring core belief systems, secondary gains, the inner child / young self, working through blocks and resistance, releasing stress and trauma, and rewriting memories. This is deep neurological change work, making changes within the unconscious mind and nervous system, which will impact your attitudes, behaviours and beliefs as well as your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Techniques include meridian tapping and somatics, subconscious reprogramming, inner child work, mindfulness based techniques, memory reconsolidation, trauma resolution and other eutaptics® FasterEFT™ based techniques.

Included will be a thorough intake form tailored to gather crucial insights into your current situation, background and aspirations. This step not only aids me in crafting a personalised approach but also empowers you to clarify your objectives and unearth underlying aspects of your life.
We will arrange your first session which will be a 2 hour intensive session. The initial longer session will provide the foundational steps to our journey as we will work together to identify where you are now, your current obstacles and challenges and set your goals and intentions for the container.
In this session we will start the healing work, diving into the root causes of your current experiences transforming underlying patterns, emotional issues, unprocessed trauma and self-limiting beliefs to create lasting inner change.
Following this, we will have fortnightly 90 minute sessions to continue with the deep change work, making changes within the subconscious mind and nervous system, which will impact your attitudes, behaviours and beliefs as well as your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Techniques used in our sessions will include meridian tapping and somatics, subconscious reprogramming, inner child work, mindfulness based techniques, memory reconsolidation, trauma resolution and other eutaptics® FasterEFT™ based techniques.
We will work on mapping out a future vision that is in alignment with your authentic self, and we will continuously check in with your goals and intentions to make sure you are on the right track.

Yes, I offer a 3 month payment plan for this container. To secure your spot, an initial payment of £550 is required, followed by two more monthly payments of £550 each. There are no extra charges associated with choosing the 3-month payment plan.

Absolutely. If you would like to continue working with me in the same capacity after the 3 months you can add on additional months of support for £500 per month. This would include two 90 minute coaching sessions and a month of exclusive access and day to day support via private messaging app.
Alternatively, you can book ad hoc 1-1 mind-body coaching sessions.

If, after the first month, you decide that this coaching container is not right for you, you will receive a refund for the remaining two months.
