I'm Corinne, a trauma-informed, integrative mind-body practitioner. I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected – whether from their emotions, body, or sense of self – to gently release the weight of long-held stress and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

At the heart of my work is safety – creating a compassionate, grounded space where your nervous system can begin to settle, and lasting change can gently unfold. I help you shift unhelpful patterns, cultivate resilience, and build a deeper sense of trust and connection with yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, chronic health challenges, or simply longing to feel more like you, I’ll meet you where you are – with warmth, care, and deep respect for your process.

Drawing on a unique blend of somatic, subconscious, and energy-based approaches – including meridian tapping, inner child work, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation – I offer a holistic approach to support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Together, we create space for meaningful and sustainable change – at a pace that feels safe for your mind and body.

My Story

From navigating anxiety, chronic pain, and complex health challenges to building a life rooted in self-connection, authenticity, and vitality.

With over 12 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, and my own ongoing journey of healing and self-discovery, it’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths.

I offer integrative mind-body coaching that weaves together a blend of approaches including meridian tapping, somatic healing, inner child and parts work, mindfulness, and neuroplasticity-based techniques.

I’m trauma-informed and trained, and offer a compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive space for you to share, heal, and evolve.

Together, we meet what lies beneath the surface with care – gently unravelling old patterns and creating space for clarity, healing, and meaningful growth.

I prioritise cultivating internal safety and deep self-connection – supporting your nervous system and guiding you to process stress and emotions in a healthy, nurturing way.

I guide my clients to connect with their own inner resources, fostering self-regulation, confidence, and resilience.
